Hiway Stabilizers employs a full time Compliance Manager whose responsibilities are advancing and maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental standards.

Hiway Stabilizers are proud to have met the Tertiary Status requirements for ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices (WSMP) and has achieved NZS 4801 accreditation. This places Hiway Stabilizers amongst a select few companies in New Zealand to have achieved this highest level of Heath and Safety certification.

Hiway Stabilizers management are focussed on the health and safety of its work force. All employees have undertaken appropriate training for and are registered under "Site Safe" and "Operate Safe". They all partake in regular health and safety and first aid training as well as regular health check ups.
