SuperNails were developed to provide a fast and effective method of installing soil nails into virually any geological setting, from soft soils through to hard rock. Specialised drilling equipment and patented methods allow for rapid installation of SuperNails on sites with extremely limited access.

SuperNails are rapidly installed, drilled and grouted soil nails and anchors. Typically the nails have a centralised deformed high capacity steel or composite bar with a larger diameter casing. The bar and casing are grouted in place and feature the necessary corrosion protection.
SuperNails provide a corrosion resistant and permanent installation, when compared with traditional methods. Our design solutions can provide significant cost savings, rapid project turn around and value engineered solutions.

SuperNails can be used for a wide range of geotechnical applications, including soil and retaining walls, landslide remediation, slope stability and reinforcement and foundation support.
SuperNails have been installed on many projects in conjunction with GCS walls to reconstruct a failed slope or embankment.
Our specialist drill can also install tradtional soil nails, self drilling nails, anchors, horizontal drains and rock bolts to meet client specifications.
